Background refresh causes CPU temp spike?

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if it's possible - whenever system refreshes itself in the background, can this fast process for some moment raise the cpu temperature? I'm talking about 1-5 degrees celsius.

Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean by System Refresh. Could you elaborate? Its probably just some regular background processes doing their thing.

Computers r fun

You know when windows 10 refreshes itself sometimes in the background (folders for instance flash every hour (not sure) or something)

Lol wut. I, too, am curious about this new windows feature. Google provides no information.
