Cooler Master ML120l?

Hi! 

was wondering anyone has this cooler. It seems really cheap and I want to replace my Cooler Master V8 GTS with it. 

I don't know which is better but I think that liquid cooler will give me lower temperature right?

I see thank you. do you think my cooler is not working? it views 80+ c on Aida( i7 4790k stock). 
But when using Real temp while playing+streaming, It only views 60-70c.

Just reapply your thermal paste most likely, unless something happened to your heat pipes/vapor chamber which is unlikely.
