Yes it's from germany but who cares! It's unique and basically as good as it's going to get, it even comes pre-overclocked.

komplett.dk is probably a good store. im familiar with Komplett.no which is the Norwegian equivelent. They also build pc`s within  some limitations.

I would never go higher than this in terms of cores. however you should configure it with an higher end GPU, something like an 1080

 

EDIT: Yes im going with Ryzen/Zen parts due to there being a need for cores when streaming OBS. And core for Core the Ryzen parts are cheaper (as far as a i know)
