iCloud Photos getting messed up!

Hi,

So I have my iCloud setup to when I take a picture on my phone it downloads it onto my computer in the download folder under icloud photos. But if i take more than 1 photo they download some with the same name and some are put into this white file, and when I try to open it it asks what program I want to open it with and then it just brings up a bunch of code, anyway to keep them from naming themselves the same thing?

Is this using iCloud on Windows 10? 

 

The FileExplorer client is a bit buggy and for iCloud photos it cannot sync your photo library in terms of deleting photos. 

 

Log into iCloud.com and check to see if your photos are in the correct order.

Yes it’s on Windows 10, I don’t think they are in the right order because I downloaded tons of photos onto my pc from another computer and then downloaded them onto my phone as well, and whenever the downloaded iCloud photos come to the pc they are all different numbers
