I am planning to purchase a high-end workstation from Titan computer. (https://www.titancomputers.com/) Do you have any idea about this vendor?

Looks fine to me. Remember building it would be best, but if you like them then go for it.

What are you building from them? Normally id suggest dell or hp due to support. Then have next day on site support on most workstations, and small companies like this just don't have that. Dell and hp also do a lot more design and configuration and make custom boards, unlike these small companies that just use off the shelf parts.

This is a ryzen 7 system STARTING at $2240

It has an off brand video card, an $800 quattro, but still PNY (not a bad brand, but certainly not an MSI or Gigabyte

Either way, my point is I can build this cheaper than they can with better parts

quadros are only pny branded, but there all nvidia designed, and normally pretty darn good cards.

PNY are a Nvidia authorized Quadro partner.
