PC Stuck In Recovery Mode

Hey guys! I have a dell inspiron 15 5000 series and it's been having some troubles. I tried getting on it one day and it went straight to a blue screen that said "Recovery" at the top. It said some other stuff about how it was an error code 0xc000014c. I don't know how to get a recovery disk since the only other device I have is a mac running OSX Yosemite. I could do without the data on the computer. Do any of you know how to help?

I would recommend using your Mac to download the Windows 10 ISO onto a flash drive and try to reinstall Windows or recover your PC with it.
