Is the Netgear GSM7224 any good?

I have a friend who is upgrading their network and they are getting rid of a Netgear GSM7224 24 port gigabit switch.

They have offered it to me for £30, is it worth it?

It does the job, if you don't want to flash your own soft it is ok for the money
