New PC black screen after Windows 10 logo

   Hi all, I need your help.  Recently I built a pc with an A320M-HDV motherboard, and AMD r3 2200g, 8gb crucial ballistix sport ddr4 ram, and a thermaltake 500w psu.  I installed windows 10 pro, and got to the desktop.  The PC worked fine, then I changed the resolution and after a few minutes the screen turned black.  Then whenever it boots after the Windows 10 logo shows and the screen turns black.  I've tried safe mode to install drivers for my motherboard, but the program says that it couldn't load the detection driver.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have had this too, the only thing you can do is reinstall windows and connect the hard drive up to another computer and get any files you need off of it
