Third option:

Meshify C in white, with a good Air cooler like the Cryorig R1, Noctua NH-D15 or the be quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 (whenever it releases)

If I get the meshify c, should I replace the two preinstalled fans or are they good (most importantly quiet)?

The GP-12 fans provided are better case fans than most, however this, nor any of the cases listed here would be considered "Silence optimized"

i have NZXT S340 Elite White

is Really cool case 

 

but i want tell you the white color sometimes you can see yellow ( Dust )

and also black ( any cases ) the will be white color

so if you want nzxt s340 Elite white ( buy more filter for top Fan ) idk how to clean top side

 

so i guess all cases try find filter for top
