Oh.. From end users that had problems, but not from anyone that actually knows anything about power supplies, I'm sure.

It's like Newegg or Amazon reviews.  The more you sell, the lower your score because people hardly ever come back to review a product that works as expected, but you better believe they're going to bitch and moan when it fails.

Probably talking about old CX that was actually pretty terrible, but the new CX is a very good product

None of them were bad. The old models even had OTP and low ripple. But still, the 430W/500W/600W models were group regulated, so they couldn't be very good compared to more advanced units. The 450W/550W/650W units use DC-DC converters and fit into modern computers much better.

what model was bad? i heard it was the cx450m 2015

The old ones were 2012 and had a green label, ending in x30 or x00.

Where in hell did you hear the CX450M was bad? I need to see right now.

Where did it catch fire? Does he even explain what happened with his unit at all? I couldn't catch any actual info from all the mumbling and "umm"s.

Also, that's not even CX450M. Did you watch the video? 30 seconds in it shows the side label, it says CX600M.
