Some of the AiB used to make reference designs incl. The coolers. A bit unsure if they still Do after the old Founders edition thing.

Add-in Board partners.

What graphics cards are we talking about? Reference cards aka Founders Edition cards are still sold, even by the board manufacturers (EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI etc).

If you are looking for older models, you will need to go searching in second-hand markets (e.g. eBay).

Hydrogen server: Intel i3-10100 | Cryorig M9i | 64 GB Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz DDR4 | Gigabyte B560M-DS3H | 33 TB of storage | Fractal Design Define R5 | unRAID 6.9.2

The companies that make the cards outside of NVIDIA. Stands for Add-in Board.

You can find video cards that aren't flashy (for example, the ASUS Turbo line), but they're also the base model so you won't get a factory base overclock most of the time and overclocking them isn't really advisable due to a lack of cooling overhead and power delivery components that won't handle the added stress.
