I have this odd issue I don't know how to troubleshoot

I have this odd issue

You see that the button is dragged to the side on load, this does not happen on my production site. they are "identical".

 

How can I find out what is happening on my local one that's not happening on the prod one? There are no errors or anything, so I'm going in blind on this.

Okey the only difference on this is that the local one got a phpdebugbar library. I made my local "production" and it shows the same effect. back to dev and it's gone.

 

I also managed to tweak my css so it works on prod.

 

Weird issue tho.
