Huge problem with Win 10 upload speed

Hi, I've been having some problems with my wired network connection lately.

 

The problem is that the upload speed through the wire is absolutely horrendous (0.09 MB/s),

but the download speed is fine (40 - 100 MB/s)

 

This is only happening on my windows machines (laptop and pc), because when I boot up linux onto

the pc, upload speeds are fine again (about 20 MB/s).

 

It seems that the problem is a windows network setting or a setting in the router that might be preventing windows machines

is partiqular from working.

Only thing I could suggest is downloading the driver and deleting the current one and installing a new one. Honestly Ive never seen Windows do this.

I'll try installing new drivers, lets see what happens then
