Garbage upload speed

Had to downgrade from having business internet that was 350/20 back to normie internet thats 125/15 but im getting a 10th of that upload speed (1.5upload). I know that speeds are UP TO but even at 4am when everyone should be sleeping in my area its garbage. Plus this is the same internet i had before even getting the business internet and i never had issues till i downgraded again. Idk if any of yall have ideas why this is happening. I attched some speedtests that i did a little bit ago

OK - A. Do You use a ISP router? B. whatever router you use, was it reset?

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

Also, be a sport and mark the correct answer as the correct answer. It will help pour souls in the future when they are stuck and need guidance.

No reset as in delete settings and start again - if its an ISP router make them do it otherwise - even through its your property - it could have voided your warranty - talking from experience :(

Who's your ISP? What kind of Modem/Router do you have? 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
