Desktop notifications not working properly

So I'm getting desktop notifications that are extremely delayed, as in 1 hour level of delays and it keeps happening all the time. Any ways to fix?

Do you have another tab open with that topic? That type of notification is for when there are replies to a topic that you're already viewing.

I did an hour ago but I went straight to YT from that window, only other tabs was for internet banking and Twitch/.

If you press Shift+Esc to open the Chrome task manager, is this current tab the only LTT thing showing?

It's only showing one tab of LTT.

That's really weird. Someone else reported this before, but I don't see what could cause this to happen - the only thing I can think of is that maybe it's a Chrome bug. Has it only happened once?

It's been happening a lot more recently. Even when I'm not on LTT it'll give me alerts of threads I've already read and that are hours old.

How often does it happen? Is it of the order every day?

Every other day really, I just got this notification in this thread AFTER I clicked the notification, Maybe the desktop notification is being really delayed?
