The new LG gram, IPS, good color reproduction, 16 gigs or RAM, 4 cores 8th gen i7 or i5 depending on your configuration and if you opt for the 13" no touchscreen, it's within budget. Also has the best battery life. Watch Linus's review on it.

I would recommend the ASUS Q524 laptop computer that has a core i7 CPU, a touchscreen with very precise color, and 12GB of RAM (upgradable). This computer can be found at Best Buy, Amazon, and eBay to name a few places.

Could you provide some links of online stores in your country? If you need colour accuracy, calibrate the display after purchase
