Why do humans like Bread, Tomato and Cheese so much.

It's simply a good combination. Tomato and certain cheeses are pretty high in Umami as mentioned previously in this thread and as such, can produce a very savory and rich tasting combination that is palatable for a lot of people. Things like steak and mushrooms, pizza, cheesesteaks (without ketchup please, that's sacrilege) or even beef tacos with salsa are all combinations that use a lot of ingredients that are strong in Umami. 

 

Dough is great for a lot of things and breads and pizzas are a convenient way to eat all of the ingredients in a single dish without having them all on a plate separately.

I was gonna say cheese stick and ketchup? Maybe marinara sauce but I’m not a fan of red sauce

Anthropologists or whoever theorize we're wired to like bread because sugars (quick energy) and cheese because fats (long term energy).

 

But otherwise if you like it, you like it.

 

I don't like cheese, so there's that.
