Hey guys! I know there are lots of similar topics but there seems to be a great discrepancy about opinions so I decided to go for my own suggestion topic. Right into the matter, I am currently using a really old Carbide 400R with a 8700k cooled by a H100i and an Aorus 1080ti. I am running a mild 4.7 now but may OC if I get a newer 280mm AIO. I also use two 3.5 inch HDD's and a 2.5 inch Sata SSD so at least two 3.5 slots is also important. I am currently looking for a 100$ish case and I have primarily looked at P400S TGE and S340 Elite. Both raised some question marks about their airflows as it seems everbody thinks vastly different about them including reviews. I also thought about Meshify C but as I live in Turkey, it seem I cannot reach Fractal cases that easily. So any suggestions regarding my needs or any experiences with cases is much appreciated. Thanks!

I have the P400s and I love it. It has all the essential features for a case under 100 USD: tempered glass, dust screens for all fans and the PSU, RGB controller with extensions, fan controller with cable splitter, PSU shroud, acoustic padding to absorb sound, velcro straps for cable management, and a PSU shroud.

My one complaint is that the case wont fit a top radiator. I put a 120mm radiator in the back, a 240mm radiator in the front, and two 140mm Noctua 3000rpm fans up top. The Noctuas suck cold air in and the radiators blow hot air out... Great flow and easy to clean because the only filter that gets dirty is the top filter if you use my same fan configuration. Takes 10 seconds to clean with a vacuum.

Take a look to get a better idea. These pics are old because it was before I added the 120mm radiator and NZXT G12, but you can still get an idea.

Thanks for the reply an really nice looking setup there. I am using an air cooled GPU so that's why I'm kinda unsure about the airflow. How were your temps before getting the G12 ?

Before the G12 I would eventually reach temps around 83C-88C after long durations at maximum load. Then, throttling would begin. After the G12, never higher than 50C.

Either way you choose to go you should point the radiator fans outward.

Good luck buddy.
