Fastest single card

If money, power draw, and everything else ignored.  What is the fastest single card GPU (Dual GPUs on a single card included)?  

 

Do the Vega cards beat this older dual GPU in a single card (PowerColor Devil 13 Dual Core Radeon R9 390)?

Also how do the older dual GPU (Titan Z) and newer Titans compare to the above card. 

 

Having a hard time finding benchmarks against single cards online (HardOCP did one comparing to other SLI/CF setups).

Lots of unboxings and announcement articles but no benches against single cards.

I figured that it would be Titan V on the Nvidia side and Vega 64 on the AMD side but when I started digging I found things like the card linked originally and had a hard time finding actual benchmarks and reviews that would confirm that for me.  So I thought I would ask the folks here :-)

Found these benchmarks, the Titan V is a bit ahead of the 1080ti, but a custom 1080ti would make that up, to cath up again you would have too watercool the Titan i think

Looks like the dual 390 card would be close to the top but would be beat out by the aforementioned Titan X Pascal, Titan V, 1080 and 1080 TI.  The Vega however, is slightly edged out. (assuming the data in the link is accurate). 

 

Wish I could find an actual review with per game benchmarks and the like.
