If it's just 1080p, then you're fine. My GT 710 is just fine running 3x 1080p displays, so i don't know why you'd have any problems with a GTX 1080.

You could run 3x 1080p displays with a GT 710 if you wanted. I've done that. What use are you looking for? Gaming on all 3 at once?

Run them, yes, even a 1050 could do that, but gaming on all 3 at the same time, maybe not the best experience (not to mention that nvidia doesn't support mixed resolution surround).
