What would be the best graphics card to go with an....

Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8 GB 1600 Mhz 
Corsair H100i CPU Cooler 
WD Black 1TB HDD 
Seagate 140GB HDD 
Kingston 120 GB SSD 
RM 850 Corsair Power Supply

 

Budget it between $0 and $400ish

i say a 770 unless you NEED a i7 then i would go 4670k/780

You better be grabbing a 290 CF or 780 Ti sli if you're getting a 850w psu.

770  Msi lightning edition or 780 Msi lightning edition or a  sapphire 280x toxic all look nice with that build

The EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Classified K|NGP|N Edition just to match the "functionality" of it, overclocking. Since the motherboard/CPU/Cooler/RAM is geared towards overclocking so might as well get a GPU that is also geared for overclocking. :P

 

EDIT: Just realised you edited your budget in. I would recommend the Sapphire R9 280X Toxic Edition to sort of match the colour scheme or a R9 290 for maximum performance at that price range.
