I want to upgrade my second-hand bought rig:i 7-6700k, ASUS Z170A, GTX970. I will upgrade the GPU when nVidia launches 20xx series.

Mostly I want a compact, ATX case. Phanteks Eclipse P300 fits my needs it terms of design, ergonomics and price. What I'm not sure of, is the airflow in that case. I will buy two Noctua fans for front intake.

Is that enough cooling for one GPU?

Other optios with better airflow is Fractal Design Meshify, but that has double the price.

Prices are in romanian currency.

Please replace that time bomb of a PSU before spending $50 on Noctua fans. A Corsair CX550 is about the same price.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

What he said, though there are better options than the basic Corsair unit if you're looking for the same qualities. Check out EVGA or Seasonic.

The airflow is fairly restricted. Ii's enough for some things, like the 970 probably, but it might not be enough for the 6700K depending on the cooler you use, and upcoming cards like the 11xx/20xx series (since we dont know what they will run at. They could run hot for all we know) Fractal Design does make a Focus G, which doesnt have a PSU shroud or TG but has otherwise good build quality for it's price (which should be similar to the P300)

I used to own this Cobra Raidmax PSU. It worked fine and I never had issues with it, but I decided to upgrade as my PC knowledge expanded and I understood the importance of purchasing a higher quality PSU. I'm now rocking the Corsair RMx series. It's a risk buying a cheaper PSU but in my PC this one worked great (and silent) for the one year of use it had.

Both brands have units at the price point of the CX550 that are worse. I'd definitely recommend Corsair's CX series basically all the way up to the Corsair TXM/EVGA GQ/Seasonic Focus Gold.
