Sketchy ebay dealer?

The321

there are definitely red flags on this ebay auction

1. No refunds (1st auction i have ever seen with no refunds and been on ebay since 2014)

2. the description is repeating it self where it says I take the maximum precautions during packing etc then it has it repeated

Extact copy of ebay auction description (just translated to english)

In working order at the time of shipment. I take the maximum precautions during packing, but could not be held responsible for any damage suffered during delivery.
In working order as of sending. I take maximum care in packaging, but can not be held responsible for any potential damage during delivery.

Even if they sketchy as long as you do the right thing you are protected.

Pay by paypal.

Lodge a dispute within the required time if the item has not arrived in time.

Make sure the item description matches what you want. It has to live up to it's description.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Don't buy it! Did you hear about the exploding battery issue with Shields K1's a couple of years ago? To all K1 owners, including me,  nvida sent a replacement, with a reworked battery and bricked your original device as soon as you got the new one.  The seller probably will send you the not-working "original" shield.

As soon as you will get your bricked shield, he will tell you it died during shipping. Id never buy a used shield because of the issues back from 2014.

Pretty sketch from what I can see.

Wouldn't buy from him/her, my opinion.
