There isn't really much HDR content, so I wouldn't worry about HDR on a TV. Make sure it's not a completely shit unit; some cheap TVs have awful color, and aren't worth anything TBH.

No HDR but a good screen size and reputable brand.  I actually got a Samsung MU7000 4K HDR for about $700 which I wish I waited a longer since it dropped to I think $600 and the MU8000 has a better motion rate but I'm overall very satisfied especially since I was stepping up from a 720p Panasonic which bless that thing it still works after all these years.
