recording software Best recording software

What recording software is the best to record gaming videos on PC particularly one that doesn't use that much CPU OR GPU because i am using my CPU and GPU for gaming on lets say GTA 5 

 

(I want to record in 1080p60)

Probably Nvidia ShadowPlay. It uses dedicated encoder on the GPU with NVENC codec.

No need for customization on ReLive. It's maybe even better than ShadowPlay in terms of quality and settings customization.

I quite enjoyed it even when it just came out back when I had my RX 480.

At first I liked it but then I started having issues with it not working, etc. and I found the performance to be the same as OBS so if you can't use shadowplay, may as well just get what everyone uses imo
