Is Paypal safe?

If you're buying & selling on eBay, I found the best way to be verified by PayPal is to add tracking to the sale & once I did that PayPal stopped holding my funds & I was able to access them instantly after that.

As far as payment sites go, paypal is among the safest.

That being said, I think this year has shown that nothing that exists on a machine connected to the internet is strictly safe from view or modification. Use that knowledge however you wish.
