In my 2nd rig i have a pentium e5300 that i installed like week, anyway at light load (youtube, LTT forums, steam messages) all running, it CUPID HWmonitor it reads highs of 38C is that normal?

Hwmonitor can be report temperatures VERY incorrectly on some CPUs. According to it, my Core 2 Quad q6600 machine idles at 7 degrees Celsius in the middle of summer using Dell's stock air cooler.
