Is my CPU too hot?

In my 2nd rig i have a pentium e5300 that i installed like week, anyway at light load (youtube, LTT forums, steam messages) all running, it CUPID HWmonitor it reads highs of 38C is that normal?

Ahh.. yes, 38C is fine. 60C is fine as well and even 70C with that CPU.

One of my processors runs at 41^oC all the time.

Hwmonitor can be report temperatures VERY incorrectly on some CPUs. According to it, my Core 2 Quad q6600 machine idles at 7 degrees Celsius in the middle of summer using Dell's stock air cooler.
