Hey Guys, Please help me decide and conclude if my rig is right for video editing? and please suggest a video card that is suitable for my rig. Thank you! :)

A GTX 1060 would be good if you can find one that is available.

Yeah if you're going to do serious video editing, you'll need a LOT more ram, might also seriously consider a SSD for the speed.

I would go with the new amd raven ridge 2200g that comes out tomorrow. it's $99 and it's basically a 1300x, and comes with graphics about ar powerful as a gt1030 or 750ti. It would be a great option to hold off until gpu prices come down, and you won't be loosing any money thanks to the $99 price point :D
