Sloshing Noise in AIO

Just received an Enermax Liqtech 240. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box is there was a small amount of liquid in the plastic wrapped around the block. I thought it might be some kind of lubricant from manufacturing but when I picked the unit up I noticed a rather pronounced sloshing sound in the rad. should I be worried about this?

I would definitely be pretty worried.

An AIO doesn't hold much liquid,with sloshing the pump would be circulating alot of air bubbles if you used it.
