Delta Fan on H_AMP_FAN

I'm working on a build that I plan to keep in a closet. Motherboard is Asus Z270E. I bought a Delta Fan and it states that it is 3.3 amp. H_AMP fan connector runs up to 3amp. Do I get a different fan? Do I adjust the fan curve to max out at ~85% or so?

 

Personally I plan to test it by throttling the fan speed to less than the max.

Should be fine, esp at lower speeds. Fans normally use less power than there rated(I have testes lots of fans).

Thanks. I adjusted the fan curve so hopefully it never needs to reach 100%. So far so good. I do need to still run my ethernet cable to the room; the fan disrupts wifi quite a bit.
