Help! MP4 File

Can someone help me please! So I did some video recordings and the screen recorder i use is mirillis action. Now I can play the videos i recorded in action but when i got to the file location where they are at they show as MP4 which is the file format i recorded them in but they show as audio. When i open the file it opens it and its just the audio but on action i can see the video that the audio goes to.

Try using something like VLC

Install K Lite Codec Pack, I've never encountered a format of Audio or Video that wouldn't play after that is installed on your system.

Depends really what player you're using, sounds like classic renderer incompatibility.

If it plays in VLC you can convert them to a different file format using VLC
