Need someone to verify build

Can anyone verify that all these parts are compatible with each other I did all my research but I'm putting a lot of money into this so I just want to make sure my list is

-AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Processor

-ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING AMD Ryzen AM4

-Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz (PC4-24000) C15

it'll boot windows 10, with some work will boot windows 7

should overclock CPU all cores 3.7/3.8/3.9GHz

RAM will prolly top out 2933 OC.

overall 3.8 all core OC and 2933GHz (your voltage will vary)

agree with all the above, you can also check on the motherboard documentation to see if the exact memory you have has been validated but that is probably over kill

Broke 14 Year old + No job + Love for Technology = Bad combo :(

Yeah, those validation lists are usually limited and made with a small number of components at launch and not updated with newer products. I wouldn't use them at all, they've never helped me.

HEADS UP, THIS ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE NOW

I'm keeping everything else the way it was for anyone who might check out my answers in future, but I won't be using LTT.

RAM is hynix m-die single rank single sided

quote from AMD:

Quote

In general (on Ryzen) you can expect up to 3466 MHz (without BCLK-OC) with Samsung B-Die (on AGESA 1.0.0.6+ Bios Versions), up to 2933 MHz (without BCLK-OC) with Samsung D/E/S-Die (AGESA 1.0.0.5+). Hynix A/M-Die are mostly working @ 3200 MHz with AGESA 1.0.0.5+. Do note that Dual Rank RAM is faster than Single Rank. E.g. 2933 MHz Dual Rank is faster than 3200 MHz Single Rank. Single/Dual Rank is not to be confused with Single/Dual Channel (Dual Channel is always better).

Save yourself some money on the RAM. You can get something like Ballistix Sport LT 2600 that easily overclocks to 3000 or even 3200 in some cases and save quite a bit. That RAM also works well with Ryzen out of the box.
