geforce experience Nvidia share won't open unless clicked from GExperience

Hello, 

for some time now, like one or two weeks, Nvidia Share was really slow at opening while using the Alt-Z shortcut, or, since today, it doesn't open at all. 

I did a little research and all I found was that the antivirus was blocking the application, but I do not have one installed, and I disabled Windows Defender since it was scanning while I was working/playing and affected the performance too much.

The only modify that I made was about saving the temp files of the Instant replay feature, setting its directory in my games HDD.

Reinstalling GExperience seems to fix the problem, but only until I reboot the computer, at that point it's all in the same situation as before.

How could I fix this tedious problem? I had lots of good moments in R6S lately but I couldn't save them because of this, and I cannot even roll back to GE 2.x, the link in the only guide I found is down
