It's freeware.

 

You can also make bootable USB sticks based from ISO images. Check out free tools like Rufus : https://rufus.akeo.ie/

 

If the pc boots from USB sticks, no need to burn physical disks, it should work from usb stick.

How old mobo it is? Extracting files to USB and running utility should work for all 2011 and newer mobos. Probably for 2008 and newer, I don't remember using CD with my old board.
