SD card unsupported in android

So i bought a new microSD card and it shows up in android as unsupported and when i try to format it because it tells me that if i want to use it i have to format it and when i try that an error shows after it reaches 20%.

I don't have an adapter to plug the microSD card in my PC because i know that is the solution and when i plug my phone wich has the card in it in my pc via USB it doesn't show up there at all.

So anyone knows any solution to my problem? :D any help is very much appreciated

Card could be faulty but sadly the easiest way to test that is in a PC but I appreciate you said you don't have an adapter.

If you insterted the card while the phone is off you could turn it back off, take the card out then let it boot and insert while it's on.

Or vice versa of course.

Sorry I couldnt help much there.
