Going second hand is a way better option in this price range, check for second hand 750 (Ti) videocards for example.

But that would be basically the only card I can think of in this price range + that will work with that PSU.

GT 1030. I know you said it's out of your price range, but I'd highly suggest going for that. If that's 100% not an option, get the next best thing: a GT 730.

Yeah. My friend's old laptop can run it at around 720p on what I presume to be low, and he can get around 30 FPS. You should easily hit at least 45 on low 1080P.

a 750ti is faster than a 1030 so i suggest getting a 750ti or better which should be in your budget I would imagine

just cause it's newer does not mean it's faster, old tech has a lot of uses as it in many cases is as fast or faster than the new stuff

Used 750 Ti would be my first choice. A 730 isn't going to be able to handle Fortnite at any kind of decent settings, and a 6450 is an HTPC card only at this point.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

This auction ends in an hour and a half. You have a shot.

Actually just realized that your psu might not be able to handle that card

Actually just realized that your psu might not be able to handle that card

according to this power supply calculator the PC will uses 295W under load, so it would be possible but you are getting really close to limit of the PSU so it might not be a good idea

(assuming it's a 7200rpm HDD, 1 SSD and 1 4GB stick it)

Yes, the 750Ti is faster than the 1030. Get a used 750Ti for 50 dollars and you won't regret it.

Holy crap this gpu shortage is bad. I'm looking at auctions for 7750s ending at $70 shipped. What the Hell is going on. You can't mine crap on those cards

I don't think that is for mining, but the second hand computer market is crazy, for instance I got 3 x 9TB server mounted NASs for £101 (prices were £32 for two and £37 for one) (excluding shipping which is another £35ish) but I can't get a core 2 duo machine with two PCI lanes for less than £40

You didn't mention that it was a sff pc. I wouldn't put any money into that machine that you could use later. That whole pc is worth $40
