I prefer 7-Zip. WinRAR is constantly asking for payment and the general UI isn't as friendly as 7-Zip's IMO.

I use both. I prefer WinRAR since that's what I'm used to. My parents only use WinRAR so when I was using the same computer as them I got used to it. Though I have a pirated version so it doesn't prompt me to pay. 7-Zip I started using way later and I think it's pretty good, too. All of my Windows VMs have 7-Zip and all of my real PCs and laptops have WinRAR. I can't actually say which is better since I'm using old versions (they work so I haven't updated them in years. From the little experience I have with newer versions, it seems that 7-Zip is better now.

Edit your original post, then press the "Poll" tab at the top. You can configure the poll there and then make the changes live.

Will usually reply from 4pm - 2am GMT ish. Depends how late the WAN Show is :P
