not old enough to be a concern

did the sound change depending on your load?

Not sure, but do you think that it might be an indication that something is damaged? I'm pretty sure that there's something wrong with my HDD, but I'm not sure if that is whear the sound comes from

You can look at the S.M.A.R.T. info for the drive to see if anything is wrong.

Bearings of fans or pump or it can be coil whine. This is annoying but it does not mean it will break. Fan bearings are normal to get louder over time. You can try if they are the problem by stopping or spinning pump and fans faster and hear if something changes.

If you think it is the HDD disconnected it from power and boot a linux of a usb stick.

So there are no chances that the sound is a symptom of something wrong with my PC?
