~Moved to Displays

Screen tears are something we all learn to live with. There is a solution with vSync and Fast Sync, which eliminate them but introduce some input lag (a lot in the case of traditional vsync). You don't want that as a CS:GO player so screen tears it is.

Screen tears are less apparent with higher refresh rate monitors, yes, and also if you're pushing through a lot of fps.

so a 144hz display would also fix the wierd fps drops

No. It will make them less noticeable if the display has GSYNC or FreeSync.

Wait so turning on vsync wil make it run wurs? you know if you monitor runs at 60HRz it will only show 60 img a sec. so when you trun on vsync your gpu just renders a max of 60 imgs a sex and not more. and yes its wil "dip" vaster but than again thats maby 2 FPS with with vsync on you wil not notis a bit.

TLDR stop winging or turn on vsync

ok i have just one last question are those fps drop due to tear

lets see your gpu takes 1MS to render the frame and your monitor takes 5MS to render(show) the fram. wen your gpu gets a jump to see 100MS (to render a frame)than back to 10MS your screen is stil rendering that first frame wen a ather frame is send by the gpu so its start rendering frame 2 en thats how you get "trarring" its alreding updating to the second img wen its not even done rending the first frame.

No its the ather wee around, tearing becas of dropt fps .

(i think LTT did a video on this cant vind it do)

I can barely see any screen tearing in that YouTube video of yours. Maybe I was too focus on where your character's crosshair is pointing, instead  of its surrounds. Do that and your screen tearing problem will magically go away.
