Best RAM Deal atm

Hello I need some ram to complete my build. I do not want to go through buying used, that nightmare is still not ending for me. So what would be best, buy the amount I need now, buy 8gb then buy the other 8 when prices drop, or just wait for prices to drop? Not sure what the news is on price drop for ram. In the end I am looking for 16gb 3200mhz for a r5 1600. I am in no real rush other than my current setup, my laptop, has been acting weird and I have not been able to figure out why. So I can only assume that it's dying out.

If you're in no rush, go 8gb now (4+4 might be better if you have 4 ram slots). Ram prices probably aren't dropping for at least another half a year at this rate anyways.

No thank you, I've just had a terrible experience. So I won't be buying used for a while for the time being.
