Internet not working :(

My main machine got wonky after a windows update in hand with a NVIDIA driver update... the system froze every now and then, while gaming, while surfing, while idling... 

 

After a few freezes I only had the option to set it back... then I found out that the newest nvidia driver was the culprit... after reverting to an older version, the system was stable again.

In fact, I might find an older version of all of those drivers... I have been using ‘IOBIT Drive Booster’ to keep all my drivers up to date constantly, but I might try this just to see what happens
