I am trying to find a elite pc that is better then the P2-1320a.

My budget is $200 Aus and I live in Australia.

I am trying to find ram for 16gb but 8gm is fine,

I will use this for gaming, so tell me what is the best game it can run or is there any better deals on eBay?

Also how is it better then the other one, do you mean to change the parts or something

There is none to worth buying for $50. As previously recommended, go for one of these GTX 1030, GTX 1050, GTX 1050ti, RX 4/560 or a GTX 750ti.

1050 or RX 560 would be a pretty good one that would pair nicely with your CPU.

If you are to buy the PC you said first time, I wouldn't pair it with something higher than GTX 1050 Ti or RX 460 4GB. In my opinion these are the best for that PC. So search for one of these two, the cheapest one, or go for 1050 Ti if you want a tad more performance.

GTX 1050 Ti is your best choice. Also is the only best one you can use in that PC without changing the power supply. Even if you find a 1050 Ti that requires a 6 pin PCIE connector, you can always buy a molex to PCIE adapter.

 

Also, GTA 5 like VRAM a lot. So 4GB os recommended for smooth play.

I think you need to be realistic with your expectations. $200 is very tight for a build, so don't expect show-stopping performance.
You might be able to pick up a gtx 960 or r9 280 for around $100, which would be good, if you can extend your budget.
