I would go for the asus purely because of vrm qualty. I heard that aorus bords had problems with vrm overheating. At least on am4 platform but its probably the same on intel. Thats why i went with an crosshair 6 hero instead of the gaming 7 when i was upgrading my mobo. 

 

I am not an asus fanboy whatsoever (i have an aorus gtx1080 and i love it) it is just some info which made my decision easier.

The fatality lineup are good boards. Altho i would still chosse the strix board (more because of looks anyways  ) bud i havent heard anything bad about asrock
