Need help with upgrading my pc

Hello I'm new to pc gaming and I want to upgrade my pc so that I can you get better fps but I only have 200 dollars right now. I just need help deciding which one to upgrade first, the GPU or the CPU

Specs:

OS- Windows 10 64bit 

CPU- AMD FX-4300 quad-core (3.8ghz)

GPU-Radeon RX 460 2gb 

Memory- 8gb DDR3 ram 

MotherBoard-GA-78LMT-S2

1TB hard drive 

PSU 450w

I would save up and go for the CPU/Mobo/RAM all at once first and then the GPU down the line.

I think an 8320 would be alright but first we kind of need to know what games you play?

don't look at an old amd cpu that would slot into your mobo, not worth the cost, so that means you'll want to upgrade mobo and ram for a new cpu, that'll run around $300 low end. A gpu upgrade might get you a few more fps, but won't have anywhere near the impact that a better cpu will
