So,can you OC with the stock fan which comes with the  amd ryzen 3 ?

Is it enough?

You can but, it's not recommended due the lack of cooling.

sure, you can get it a bit before thermals get in the way

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Yes you can, but be prepared for temperatures to go into the high 70s.
