Pc freezes randomly with game opened.

This has happened with 2 games so far, pubg and Ark.

Now, this doesn't happens regularly while playing the game but more when I have the game opened and Im doing something else like browsing or watching a video, PC freezes completely but I can still hear the video. But what I find weird is that it also happens on twitch streams so it's not like its still playing the remaining buffer on a video. 

This happened before formatting my PC and after so I dont understand what it could be.

@Chaicho I don't understand why this happens but the same issue affects me. The only way I can fix the bug is by going into the hidden icons (up arrow on the right side of the toolbar) and closing as many unneeded or unwanted programs as possible. There's even a bug on NewZ that prevents the game from opening with these unnecessary programs open. Try closing them via the hidden icons menu and let me know if that works for you.

Iv'e tried rocket league and csgo with no issue but those don't seem like very demanding games though.
