390 is much worse than the 980 from what I recall, even the 970 was better

It's between the 970 and 980 but has more VRAM than either

Interesting, I thought the 970 was better at pretty much everything.

The 970 is slightly better in 1080p but higher resolutions are much better on the 390

UPDATE: PSU HAS ARRIVED.

Hooked all my old hardware up(including my 780) for driver uninstall and reinstall, Windows updates, various software downloads, etc. Once everything is finished I'll run Unigine Valley for fun and see just how much of a bottleneck my A6 is for my 780.

UPDATE TWO: Did some overclocking on my 780 and ran some benchmarks(the CPU bottleneck is very obvious).

CPU is stable at 4.4Ghz

GPU is stable at +220 core, +115 memory. Set up a custom fan curve in Afterburner as well.

Sadly I'm not in uni and I have no access to such tools.

I may be able to hook you up (at least for the side panel Aperture logo).

Depends on size (full window replacement or part) and material (plexiglass or wood)

Here's something I threw together on wood in ~5 minutes. Pencil for scale.

Aperture.thumb.jpg.eb54b6a910987163e79e7db10c576ccf.jpg

Fan Comparisons          F@H          PCPartPicker         Analysis of Market Trends (Coming soon? Never? Who knows!)

Designing a mITX case. Working on aluminum prototypes.

Open for intern / part-time. Good at maths, CAD and airflow stuff. Dabbled with Python.

Please fill out this form! It helps a ton! https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/841400-the-poll-to-end-all-polls-poll/

That does seem pretty cool and similar to something I'd want, but I'm not willing to give my address to people online(security, etc).

I might look into frosting a big blue Aperture logo on the window at some point. I'm also planning on some blue LED intake fans and orange(Or red if I can't find orange) LED fans for exhaust.
