Im buying a Corsair H80i v2 but my case is filled with Corsair HD 120 RGB fans, but the corsair radiator fans are not RGB and I'd like to know whether i can replace the stock cooler fans with Corsair HD 120 fans and if i do will it affect cooling in anyway.

You can replace them. The cooling will probably be affected for the better if at all.

Oh okay i was expecting them to be worse as the specs for the stock fans show higher static pressure than the HD fans and thats what was concerning me as i wouldnt want to negatively affect my CPU

I wouldn't worry too much about it.

You should be fine. As a side note I just bought this AIO as my first ever water cooler and it actually helped out quite a bit. I came from the hyper 212 Evo. Installation was fairly simple and took me about 20 minutes.
