Need to move OS from HDD to SSD

Hey, so I got a new laptop the other day that comes with an HDD, but i bought an SSD to replace it. The problem is I need to clone or migrate (I don't know the difference) so I can keep all the drivers and software from the original. If they're is some program I can download or if you could show me how I would appreciate it :)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a desktop that i can connect the both drives if necessary.

You something like CloneZilla. I think you can simply copy and paste the drive.

Do a reinstall cloning isn't worth the headache if a problem occurs

Most SSD's come with cloning software, but if yours didn't, I'd try what @nsyedhasan said.

I tried clonezilla, it says both drives need to be the same size... i selected the ignore size option and it just didnt work :(

I'd rather not since i cant find all the drivers/software that came with this exact model.

Mine didn't seem to come with one, thanks
