Ryzen 1400 and Rx 580 Problems

Okay, so I recently bought a Ryzen 5 1400 paired with an rx 580, but in gta 5 my fps is like 50-60 but sometimes even dips to like 28. This is all at mostly high settings and some normal. If you have any suggestions, please make them heard. Also have 8 gb ram.

What is your city you load when you play!

are you playing on a multi monitor system?

Try overclock your processor.
